Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If this has not happened, please reach out to us at hello@lasercutco.com.au

As we deal mainly in custom or personalised orders - most times we make each item to order as they come in. Please allow 2-5 business days depending on our backlog & the item. Fully custom items will be quoted at time of design.

Yes! If you are around the 4503 region we can drop off to you if you meet the minumum spend, if we offer this service for your postcode the option will be available to you at checkout. Timing is subject to driver availablility.

If you're willing to come to us, we can arrange a time to pick-up from our workshop, just choose free local drop off at checkout and shoot us a message in the text box at checkout or email hello@lasercutco.com.au. There is no minimum spend for this!

We are based in the Greater Brisbane suburb of Murrumba Downs in Queensland, Australia.

We are a (very) small family business that makes everything you see here (bar the accessories etc...) by hand!

• Orders in easy to reach places: Sendle/Aramex/Australia Post depending on availability and speed of delivery (fastest always chosen!)
• Orders in Regional Aus & NZ: Australia Post as we have found they are the most reliable in these circumstances.
• We also offer express shipping & order creation - please let us know at checkout in the text box.

All items are intended to be used under direct supervision. Laser Cut Co. is not responsible for the unintended or misuse of our products and items.

We endeavour to create our products with the utmost safety in mind but please ensure you purchase products that are suitable for your childs age and maturity level. 

As a general rule, our items are not suitable for children under the age of three unless otherwise stated in the item description.

All items (unless otherwise stated) carry a 30 day warranty period from date of purchase. We cannot offer an exchange or refund past this date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be delivered back to Laser Cut Co. in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Items with missing/damaged accessories may lead to situations of a partial refund and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All of our orders are hand made from natural wood sourced from a sustainable supplier; as such, each item becomes truly unique with the grain of the wood as no two items are ever the same. You will be purchasing an item that due to the nature of the laser cutting & hand crafting process may have some imperfections such as slight etching, scoring or darkened lines, timber colour and associated knots & grain variance.

By purchasing these items from Laser Cut Co. you understand and acknowlege this policy.

What we will refund or exchange:

• Faulty items
• Personalised items that we have made errors in the order (name, date, colour ordered etc...)

What we will not refund or exchange:

• Change of mind
• Incorrectly ordered items
• Items past warranty period
• Items faulty due to general wear & tear
• Digital products, including gift cards

In some instances store credit may be offered where a product might fall into the 'No' catagory, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us at hello@lasercutco.com.au. 

Despite the legal nature of this policy, we are more than happy to discuss any and all issues that arise - after all, we are human and the world needs a smidge more empathy these days!
